How to setup Email Signature (Windows User)
Open Outlook's New Email Message
Go to Home >
New Email
button
Once new New Message (Dialog) shows, Select
Insert > Signature > Signatures
Create/Add New Signature
Press the
New
button to add new signature and then type in your Email Signature Name
Once done providing your
Signature Name
and Paste your copied template from the Email signature website (after pressing `
COPY TO CLIPBOARD
` button).
Note:
Just Keep Source Formatting.
Once you paste it, you're good to go to the next step
Finally, you'll need to assign newly added Signature
You can either choose for your default signature for New messages and Replies/forwards or not. Once set, it will be automatically added.
If not, you could set it by selecting manually under
Signature
dropdown menu.

How to setup Email Signature (Mac User)
Open Outlook's New Email Message
Click
New Message
button
Once new New Message shows, Select
Signature > Manage Signatures
Create/Add New Signature
Press the Plus sign (+) button to add new signature and Minus sign (-) to remove; and then type in your
Signature Name
Once done providing your
Signature Name
and Paste your copied template from the Email signature website (after pressing `
COPY TO CLIPBOARD
` button).
Once you paste it, press
Save
button
Once you paste it, you're good to go to the next step
